How do I create an account?
Download our app from the App Store or Google Play Store, then tap "Sign Up." You can create an account using your email address or sign in with Google/Apple.
Is the app free to use?
The basic version of our app is free to use. We offer a premium subscription with additional features like meal planning, detailed nutrition insights, and custom goals.

How do I log my meals?
Tap the "+" button on the home screen
Search for your food in our database
Select the portion size
Add it to your daily log
How accurate is your food database?
Our database contains millions of verified food items, including restaurant meals and packaged foods. We regularly update nutritional information based on manufacturer data and USDA guidelines.
Can I scan barcodes?
Yes! Tap the barcode icon when adding food to quickly scan packaged items. Our database includes over 1 million barcodes.
Goals & Progress
How do I set my calorie goal?
Go to Settings > Goals
Enter your current weight, goal weight, and activity level
Choose your preferred weight loss/gain rate
The app will calculate your recommended daily calorie target
How do I track my progress?
View your progress in the "Progress" tab, which shows:
Daily calorie intake
Weekly averages
Weight tracking graph
Nutrition breakdown
Progress photos (optional)
Common Issues
Why isn't my weight updating on the graph?
Make sure to:
Enter your weight regularly in the "Progress" tab
Check your internet connection
Verify your measurements are saved after entry
How do I recover my password?
Tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.
